Charcoal filtered and aged in charred American oak barrels, which they make on site at the distillery, transforms the raw spirit into an amber liqueur with great depth and gentle sweetness. It is only released from barrel and bottled when Master Distiller Jeff Arnett deems it ready, ensuring consistency and the high, exacting standards put in place by Jack Daniel 150 years ago.
