The distillery sits in the Scottish highlands, nestled 600 feet above sea level at the highest point of the Northern railway line. In an effort to capture the spirit of this location, the Ardmore Legacy was created with a combination of 80% peated and 20% unpeated malt. Although first released in 2014, it's no wonder this is now a multi-award winning whisky with its aromas of creamy vanilla, sweet cinnamon, heather and earthy smoke. On the palate it has a full bodied yet silky mouthfeel, and a long, lingering finish.
