This is an incredibly pure Polish vodka made with three different grains, spelt, rye and wheat. Each grain brings something different to the table. Spelt is nutty, earthy and provides body. Rye adds spicy notes, in the form of black pepper. And finally wheat, which brings sweetness and extends the finish. All the grain is harvested before they are fully ripe which helps retain freshness and avoids them drying out too much. The resulting vodka has layered smoothness and is packed with flavour.
