Regal Rogue Wild Rose is what we would describe as an 'off dry' style vermouth, which means that it is wonderfully versatile and can be used in all sorts of cocktails, punches and even sipped on the rocks neat. There's plenty of tropical fruit character on the nose and palate which is complemented by lifted spicy notes. The base wine is a lovely pale organic Cabernet Sauvignon rosé made by Justin Jarrett in the Orange wine region west of Sydney, which is then married with a collection of native plants and botanicals to create a unique and delicious rosé vermouth.
