Regal Rogue is an Australian outfit producing very fine New World vermouth from a base of great Aussie wine, marrying it with native aromatics sourced from Aboriginal farmers. This is their Bold Red release and unlike more traditional European vermouths it is made in a drier style. It is a blend of Barossa Shiraz and Hunter Semillon naturally spiced with berry pepper, wattleseed, thyme, dried fig and dried cherry. The whole process is natural and no oak ageing keeps things superbly fresh.
