George Clooney and his buddies were avidly tasting tequila when they were building holiday homes in Cabo San Lucas, in Mexico. Wanting the perfect drop, they decided that they'd just make their own, which soon turned out to be a super-premium brand. The agave is roasted for 10 times longer and the ferment is twice as long, making for a super-smooth product. The Reposado is aged for 7 months in American oak and is elegant and subtle. It has a good freshness and a black pepper character throughout.
