So this is how the story goes: George Clooney and his buddies were avidly tasting tequila when they were building holiday homes in Cabo San Lucas, in Mexico. Wanting the perfect drop, they decided that they’d just make their own, which soon turned out to be a super-premium brand. The agave is roasted for 10 times longer and the ferment is twice as long, making for a super-smooth product. This white tequila has citrus fruit, pepper and nutmeg on the nose and a rich, long palate and a soft finish.
