We take our already wonderful ex-bourbon barrel aged three year old golden Jamaican rum and steep it in a carefully curated recipe of natural spices to create a unique flavour profile. Once we are happy with the balance and concentration, we finally marry it with natural pineapple and citrus flavours. The finished rum is utterly delicious, perfectly balanced and can be enjoyed in a wondrous variety of cocktails.
