This is a sensational Cuban spiced rum that is wonderfully unique, not only because of the local produce used to create its incredible depth of flavour and intensity but it is dry. Most spiced rum on the market is sweet, which we're not saying is wrong, some of our favourites carry sugar, it adds weight, balance and texture, but it is great to be able to choose a dry style, if nothing else to explore the rum category a little more. Black Tears is crafted from a base of dry silver rum that is aged in cask and infused with coffee beans, cacao and aji dulce peppers. The resulting spiced rum is epic!
