This is the ideal blend of fuller-flavoured traditional pot-still and lighter character column-still rums, which are then matured separately in old Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey barrels before being hand-blended. It has a strong nose with tropical fruit and warming ginger and cinnamon spice, but a delicate and smooth flavour with vanilla notes creeping in on the finish.
