This is a brilliant ‘overproof’ (bottled with a higher ABV%) blended rum that brings together two very fine barrel aged examples from the Caribbean. The perfect combination of wooden pot still and column still production hailing from Guyana and Trinidad. Once blended they are then infused with natural spices, including star anise, cassia bark, cinnamon and cloves. This period of steeping with spices adds layers of complexity to the rum and with that extra bit of alcohol it holds a little more power.
