This is a lovely 3 year old Cuban rum produced and bottled in the town of Santo Domingo in the province of Villa Clara. It is crafted by expert distillers Cuba Ron who also produce the world famous Havana Club, so they have some serious pedigree. It has a slight amber tint with gentle notes of toffee and peppery spice on the nose and to taste, it is soft and creamy and just a touch herbal. A classic white Cuban rum for making a wide selection of great cocktails.
