Banks 5 Island is a blend of five rums from distilleries in Trinidad, Barbados and Guyana. This is pixie-dusted with a drop of Javanese Batavia Arrack (distilled from sugarcane and fermented red rice, using chinese pot stills and characteristic teak vats, don't you know?). The result is a beautiful cocktail rum the components of which have been aged between three and twelve years. Big and bold and the perfect ingredient for a daiquiri. Expect spicy, herbal, peppery characteristics.
