After the runaway success of the Mermaid Gin (our top selling gin that includes rock samphire, Sicilian lemon zest, elderflower and herbaceous Boadicea hops in its botanicals) we knew we had to bring the Isle of Wight's Mermaid Pink Gin into the fold. It infuses locally sourced strawberries with the award-winning Mermaid Gin. This gives it its blushing hue and fragrant berry profile, supported by citrus, juniper and spice notes, along with the Mermaid signature of sea breezes.
The Distillery The Distillery
The Isle of Wight Distillery combine slow distillation, local sustainably sourced ingredients to hand-craft a blended range of award-winning spirits. Working with hand-built custom column stills, the distillation process is tightly controlled, capturing only the 'hearts' of each batch for their signature smooth texture and expressive character-filled spirits.
