The Festival Gin series has a brand-new expression to sit alongside our spiced orange and zesty lemon bottlings, and focusses on the wonders of a British hedgerow, more specifically - elderflower. Working with Master Distiller Jake Wilson, out of their lovely little distillery in Henley-on-Thames, the distillery itself is conveniently surrounded by tons of naturally growing elderflower. So we only really had to walk about 20 meters to source the first lot and work on developing our third instalment of the Festival Gin range could begin in earnest.
The Distillery The Distillery
We distil our exclusive Festival Gins in a bespoke made, traditional copper pot still in the heart of Oxfordshire. Only ever crafted in super-small batches (no more than 300 bottles per batch), we then hand-bottle, hand-label and hand-seal each one to ensure they make it into your collection in perfect condition. We've taken great care when finalising the recipe, that it does exactly what it was made for and that's to give your gin and tonics the most incredible, naturally balanced lift, they deserve.

Grab a classic highball glass, load in lots of ice, two measures of Festival Elderflower Gin, one measure of elderflower cordial topped with Indian tonic water and garnished with a zest of lemon peel.
