Having worked with Jake on several exclusive projects over the past 6 months (Festival and L&C to name a couple), when he told us he was finally going to set up his own distillery, near his hometown of Henley-on-Thames, we were ready to offer our support. Giving him his first national listing and making his magnificent products available to everyone all over the UK is a real honour for us we know you’ll be back time and again for a re-supply once you taste it! A classic London dry gin that is wonderfully balanced and full of character.
The Distillery The Distillery
Located in a beautiful old threshing barn on the outskirts of Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, The Henley Distillery is a family run, traditional style, craft distillery. They use 300l Copper Alembic Stills, which allow them full, hands on, control over the distillation process. The Henley Distillery is also one of only a handful of distilleries in the UK that is owned and run by a Master Distiller.
The Perfect Serve The Perfect Serve
Grab a large wine glass and drop in a large ice cube. Add 50ml of gin and 70ml of premium tonic water. Finally garnish with a twist of lemon, lime or pink grapefruit peel and enjoy!
