We set out to create a gin that was perfectly balanced, would please all gin drinkers, yet still have a unique and interesting flavour. We reckon we've managed all this with our carefully created recipe, and it'll make a superb treat for any gin lover. A classic London Dry Gin that has a delightful backbone of piney juniper notes. Layers of complexity are added through a collection of carefully selected botanicals that team up in our secret recipe.
The Distillery The Distillery
Located in a beautiful old threshing barn on the outskirts of Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, The Henley Distillery is a family run, traditional style, craft distillery. They use 300l Copper Alembic Stills, which allow them full, hands on, control over the distillation process. The Henley Distillery is also one of only a handful of distilleries in the UK that is owned and run by a Master Distiller.
