Manly Spirits was founded by two Australians, David Whittaker and Vanessa Wilton, who first discussed owning their own distillery whilst driving through the Tasmanian hills back in 2015. Two years later after a period of extensive research touring the distilleries of Scotland, Europe, the UK and the US they realised their dream and opened up for trade from their newly built, boutique distillery in Manly.
