The collection of botanicals used to craft Silent Pools Rare Citrus expression is pretty extensive. Amounting to 18 individual herbs, fruits, spices and a little local honey that all combine to create a wonderfully balanced gin. It is packed with citrus fruit character (as you might expect from the name), there is a lusciousness to the texture and the finish is balanced by plenty of warming spice. Overall this is a beautifully packaged gin that tastes magnificent.
