This family run and operated distillery sits in the heart of the Windsor countryside. Their first expression - The Windsor Batch - is a lovely London dry gin with lifted notes of lavender, rosemary, lime leaf and lemon mint that all sit around the heart of the gin, powerful and spicy juniper. Everything is handcrafted in small batches ensuring that every bottle is as good as the one that came before it.
