Like all their sensational gin liqueurs Head Distiller David Wilkinson uses their award-winning Edinburgh Classic Gin as a base and then builds a collection of stunning flavours over the top. However, he is careful and mindful to keep a core of piney juniper character at the heart of the finished creation. This is the raspberry expression, which is infused with perfectly ripe fresh summer picked Perthshire fruit. A truly epic, naturally flavoured gin liqueur.
The Distillery The Distillery
The Edinburgh Gin Story began in 2010 with the launch of their now iconic Classic London Dry. Head Distiller, David Wilkinson, wanted to make a traditional dry gin but include plenty of native Scottish botanicals in the recipe, namely pine buds, mulberries and cobnuts. As a small-batch distiller, they produce a dynamic range of gins for all occasions. Every bottle of Edinburgh Gin is produced at our West End and Leith Distilleries to their very exacting high-standards.
