Edinburgh Gin launched their first expression in 2010 and since then have grown to become one of the UK's most sought after gins. This is a classic London Dry style which is exceptionally clean, juniper-forward with plenty of zesty citrus fruit character. A unique blend of fourteen botanicals which includes lavender, pine buds, mulberries and cobnuts! It is full-bodied, rounded and the finish is wonderfully rich and smooth.

The Edinburgh Gin Story began in 2010 with the launch of their now iconic Classic London Dry. Head Distiller, David Wilkinson, wanted to make a traditional dry gin but include plenty of native Scottish botanicals in the recipe, namely pine buds, mulberries and cobnuts. As a small-batch distiller, they produce a dynamic range of gins for all occasions. Every bottle of Edinburgh Gin is produced at our West End and Leith Distilleries to their very exacting high-standards.
