The Gardener is a small batch gin made by us in collaboration with head distiller Mark Boswell at The Old Curiosity Distillery in Edinburgh. We hand picked the focus botanicals from their secret garden and that handcrafted nature was the inspiration behind the project. The gin category is packed to the rafters with citrus lead gins and so we wanted to make something that stood out and settled on a savoury inspired gin that makes a mean gin and tonic but also is ideally suited to making a high quality negroni!
