This is Master Distiller, Jamie Baggott's take on a British classic. His sloe gin uses a wonderful variety of botanicals including freshly picked sloe berries from the British hedgerows, 100% unadulterated British honey from their own hives, and warming spices like cubeb berries, cardamom and cloves. This creates a spirit with slightly tart sloe notes, lingering spice and a velvety sweetness.
