The base gin is all about vibrancy of flavour and combines nine carefully selected natural botanicals including juniper, orange peel and lemon. The botanicals are steeped in very fine British wheat spirit along with super pure water from the Lake District National Park. Here the team have added rhubarb and rosehip extract to make a wonderful liqueur that has a lovely pink hue. Plenty of fruity rhubarb character mingles with the delicate floral nuances of rosehip.
