The Lakes Distillery is first and foremost a whisky focused outfit and was set up by Paul Currie who has worked in the Scotch industry for as long as he can remember. He may have worked in Scotland but his love of the Lake District ran deep and when he decided to build a distillery it just felt like the right place. Today they craft a range of excellent spirits and we think their gin is well worth having a closer look at.
