Founders Mike Carthy and Marcus Black draw on the 35 year experience of the Master Distiller at Langley distillery to craft their gin, using 24 different botanicals that include locally sourced milk thistle, primrose, sweet cicely, nettle and Taylors of Harrogate green tea. They use their award-winning London dry gin as a base and infuse it with rhubarb sourced from Yorkshires famous 'Rhubarb Triangle'. Like Slingsby's original blue bottle, the packaging here does the liquid it contains proud.
