Norfolk Gin's story began in 2014 when Jonathan, founder and creator, started making gin on a very small scale at home. He toiled away for 18 months looking to perfect his skills and he finally settled on his homemade recipe, releasing Norfolk Gin in June 2015. His first batch was just 15 bottles and to his surprise it sold out within a few days. He got busy as demand continued to grow and now makes a new batch every couple of days in the garden shed rather than the kitchen!
The Distillery The Distillery
Husband and wife Johnathan and Alison share a passion for great quality gin - and Norfolk, where they live. They decided to have a bash at making their own gin and Norfolk Gin was released in June 2015! It is crafted in tiny batches (24 bottles to be precise) in a shed in their back garden and they grow most of the botanicals they use as well.
The Perfect Serve The Perfect Serve
We recommend for the perfect serve that you grab a nice big wine glass, pour a double measure of Norfolk Gin with 150ml of pink lemonade, plenty of ice and a slice of pink grapefruit as garnish.
