Jinzu began as a concept spirit developed by bartender Dee Davies, who wanted to combine her two passions - gin and sake. Dee fell in love with Japan during a visit when she was just 16 and fulfilled a lifelong ambition of bringing two of the world's most revered beverages together in this innovative creation. The gin is juniper heavy with a few botanicals from the far east, including yuzu and Japanese cherry blossom, and the creamy sake adds a luscious texture to the palate. Simpy stunning.
