Four Pillars was created by three Aussie lads - Stu, Matt and Cam - with a common love of cocktails. They scoured the world for a good still and found one, subsequently named Wilma, and cracked on in their base in the Yarra Valley. It's a proper craft, boutique, set up, only 450 bottles per batch. This dry gin is made from coriander, juniper, cardamom, star anise, lemon myrtle, Tasmanian pepper, lavender, cinnamon and angelica. It's a beautifully pure gin, pure enough to drink chilled, neat.
