The Cygnet gin was conceived from an old recipe that was devised in an attempt to cure cholera. Swansea was an important port in the old days and so some of the more exotic botanicals that weren't so commonplace back then weren't so rare in the South Wales city. Lime peel, coriander, liquorice, orris root to name but a few. This is a complex gin with great depth of flavour.
