This is a classic expression in the House of Hine style that is a blend of Grande and Petite Champagne cognac regions. It retains and expresses the fruity flavours of the white wine produced from Charente vines before distillation. It combines the power of the eaux-de-vie with the delicacy of white wine and makes for wonderful sipping of a late evening or poured with a little ice after a good meal with great friends.
