Lustau are synonymous with producing exceptionally good sherry and are located in the heart of Jerez in southern Spain. What people may not know is that they use the same solera system process, where you top up the barrels each vintage with younger wines, to age and craft world-class brandy! Taking their vibrant crisp fruity white wines, they distil and then add them to American ex-Amontillado sherry casks to age to perfection.
