We are thrilled to offer two beautifully balanced and classic products from the historic aperitivo region, Asti, in Piedmont, that root themselves in the aperitivo traditions of nineteenth-century northern Italy.
The Perfect Serve The Perfect Serve
To make a characterful negroni, add 30ml Rinomato Bitter Scuro, 30ml Vermouth Rosso and 30 ml preferred gin (try our Barrel Aged Black Pig Shiraz Gin). Stir ingredients in a mixing glass and strain into a rocks glass full of ice. Garnish with a lemon slice or orange peel.
