Only 100% natural ingredients make it into this boutique absinthe made in collaboration with Marie-Claude Delahaye, founder and curator of the French Absinthe Museum. It is a new recipe and we think an upgrade on the original Parisienne. An increase in the essential Grand Wormwood ingredient and less star anise allows the delicate flavours of fennel and coriander to the fore. A wonderful expression of this age-old French recipe.
