The Carina Spiced Rum is a perfectly balanced Virgin Wines exclusive Jamaican rum. It's molasses-based and uses top-grade sugar cane to ensure a base spirit of exceptional depth, purity and character - so it works perfectly as a simple rum and coke! Don't forget the ice and a squeeze of lime too!

This is our exclusively blended and infused spiced rum that we have had bespoke crafted in a very specific style. A lovely base of pot and column still Jamaican rum is aged for three years in some very fine ex-bourbon barrels, until it is beautifully golden, perfectly balanced and exceptionally smooth. Spiced rums are ever so popular right now. However, they are all too often incredibly sweet and so we wanted to make a version that didn't rely on sweetness, but flavour character, for its popularity. We hope you like it as much as we do.

A triple distilled rum from Florida! It is crafted by legendary Cuban Master Distiller Edis Zurita using his 35 years of expertise and his incredible knowledge of Cuban distilling methods. The base of already delicious golden rum is then carefully infused with a selection of botanicals that includes orange and lemon peel, allspice, cinnamon, cloves, black peppercorns and nutmeg. A US rum, made the Cuban way, is then shipped to the Keepr's Distillery and finished with pure Cotswold mineral water and a dash of 100% British honey from Keepr's hives by award-winning Master Distiller, Marzio di Rocca.
