The Gardener project began earlier this year (2020) and after the success of the original distillation we decided that the range needed a few more expressions to complete it. This release is another small-batch gin made by us in collaboration with Head Distiller Mark Boswell at The Old Curiosity Distillery in Edinburgh. The inspiration here was the popularity of pink gin. However, we wanted to make a proper one that was delicate and, importantly, dry. Not overtly sweet or cloying and striking a balance between the impact of the key botanicals, rose and honey was very important. We think we've nailed it but, as always, we'll let you be the judges!
