From the orchards of north-western France this glorious Calvados duo has come to visit. Dupont and Chauffe Coeur have outdone themselves once again and created two superb brandies. Starting with Dupont and the greatly talented Etienne Dupont, who leads the team in search of even greater flavours, this current combination of 80% bittersweet and 20% acidic creates a breath-taking brandy that is begging to be sipped alongside some great cheeses. The Chauffe Coeur VSOP Calvados is created using a wide selection of apple varieties and aged for a minimum of six years in Limousin oak casks - with notes of baked apple, oak spice, hints of nutmeg and rich toffee, this drop will dance on your tongue.
