South Australia's McLaren Vale sources truly premium fruit. We've championed the wines from here for a many years and always get first dibs on the best parcels. When our winemaker, Steve, was offered this parcel, he recognised that it was the best fruit he'd seen in years and produced a wine that sat above our all-time-favourite Aussie red - The Black Pig! It has a depth of black fruit that is incredible alongside intense spice and a full-bodied style that screams out for grilled meats of all kinds, although its status as a vegan-friendly wine makes it a popular choice across the board.

This wine is made from hand harvested grapes from vines in and around the beautiful Maule Valley. It is an area with near-perfect conditions for viticulture - long sunny days thorough ripening and just enough rainfall. Winemaker Jenny Villalobos created a wine with ripe and bright blackcurrant, bramble fruit, and minty notes on a slick and velvety palate. It's easy to see why Carménère has become the flagship grape of Chile.

Working with the talented young winemaker, Alex Roper, we've crafted a Marlborough white that is super fresh, fully invigorating and just how we know you like it. This Mendoza beauty is made from 3 separate parcels of Malbec: one close to the town, one on the valley floor and one on the sought after slopes of Mount Tupungato. All are long-established, family owned sites. They are then masterfully blended by Stephen resulting in a wine choc-full of ripe blueberry and bramble fruit with a dash of spice, a rich mouthfeel and a beautifully long finish.

Drop your taboos about White Zin and dive in: this is the proper stuff. Grapes are left a little longer on the vine to enrich sugars and skin contact is minimal yielding a magnificent, salmon-pink coloured rosé. Sleek aromas and a wonderful svelte presentation of delicate strawberry and redcurrant fruits in a rather racy package. Sure to thrill and titillate.

The vines are situated in the Voor-Paardeberg area, a small ward bordering Swartland and Agter-Paarl. It's a region of much diversity and is planted with some less familiar Cape varieties, allowing us to create truly unique wines, working alongside some of the Cape's most talented winemakers. We’d discussed blending a pure Grenache with Languedoc winemaker Cederic Ragues and set about it back in December 2023. It was cold, and we couldn’t get to him until the evening due to prior commitments, so he suggested we did it at his family home. It all took place around his kitchen dinner table, surrounded by samples and blending apparatus. We tinkered away and the finished wine is a raspberry and cherry fruit-filled classic, perfect for enjoying all year round, either by the glass or paired with a wide variety of home-cooked classics.

Southern France is renowned as being a hotspot for famous artists. Coloquially referred to as "the artists' playground" we realised that winemakers of the region are just as much artists with wine as Matisse was with a paintbrush. Here winemaker Cedric Ragues has painted his own picture with this Cabernet Sauvignon. Brooding with black fruits and Cabernet's signature herbal notes, it is one best enjoyed with roasted lamb with lashings of mint sauce.

If you've ever spent any time in South Africa's Western Cape, you will most likely have heard the word 'lekker' used in numerous situations. This distinctly South African term is used to describe something which is great, enjoyable or in reference to having fun. Therefore, when we tasted this joyous, fruit-filled Cabernet Sauvignon with winemaker Arthur Basson and he referred to it as 'lekker', we had to name it just that!
