Region:Many will recognise Hofmeister's famous bear logo from days of old, but the truth is today's Hofmeister is a welcome rebirth. In an era where lager was commercialised beyond recognition, like many others, Hofmeister fell by the wayside. But with a nostalgic eye, two friends - Spencer and Richard - bought the brand and set about bringing the previously much-loved lager back to the UK in tip-top condition. They partnered with Shweiger in Bavaria, a very quality-focused brewery, and together they've put together a Helles lager that competes in flavour with any of its fierce Bavarian competition!
