Region:Red Feather is an auburn ale from the fine brewery of Welbeck located on the edge of Sherwood forest. The deep red colour comes from a handful of crystal malt in the mash which adds a touch of sweetness too. The resulting flavours are of walnut and caramel but with only a moderate reading of alcohol. A very moreish glass of beer!
