Region:A traditional lambic from Boon Brewery made by blending aged lambic and ageing again over whole cherries. A slightly sweet, fruity beer with powerful cherry aromatics, sour cherry flavours and hints of almond. Expect a modest head that disappears fairly quick after it has been poured.
