Hogan's Libertine Cider

Hogan's Renegade has a lovely dark colour matched by rich, almost caramelised aromatics that continue onto the palate. It has structure too with some tannins that are great for pairing with heavily flavoured foods. The finish returns some freshness to the palate with clean green apple coming through. Proper cider!

Hogan's Killer Sharp Cider

They say cider is simple, just crush some apples and leave it for a couple of weeks. But the proper cider craftsmen are in pursuit of something much more interesting and this is it. With the introduction of bacteria nicknamed 'Brett', you get complex layers of flavour and trademark sourness that, when balanced with abundant fruit, gives a cider of pure quality.

Hogan's Wild Elder Cider

There are some classic flavour combinations developed by our ancestors over generations of trial and error. Ham and mustard, cheese and tomato, and of course corned beef and salad cream! We think that cider and elderflower might just have to be added to the list. The elderflower here is hand-foraged by the Hogan's team and gives this cider a pure British hedgerow edge that you really will love.

Fresh Somerset apples sourced from local orchards, pressed and fermented bone dry with a slight fizz - every feature of this cider is about refreshment! The flavours of traditional cider apple varieties are very authentic too, cider made properly.

The Taunton Cider Co. Proper Natch Cider

Natch' cider is a local traditional in Somerset. It's typically sharp and dry, making for the ultimate thirst quencher. The pure expression of local cider apples comes through strongly too giving a really natural and authentic style of cider.

The Taunton Cider Co. Longaller Mill Reserve

This is the jewel in the Taunton Cider Co. crown, with only a small amount made each time from a single orchard - Longaller Mill. There are four different varieties that grow in the orchard, blended together they create a rich and rounded cider with excellent refreshing acidity and a structured finish that stands up to roast pork perfectly!
