Clairette Blanche is an exciting white variety and is one of the Cape's hidden secrets. We love its concentrated lemon fruitiness, mouth-watering freshness and all-round energy. This was a stand-out wine during our annual vintage trip to the Cape and a wine that we just had to bottle and ship right away. It's exceptionally crisp and refreshing with masses of apple and lemon fruit, all with an undeniably captivating spirit.
