Parajes is one of the top wines from this excellent estate. A collection of parcels from various top sites combine to make a red that has the power that's associated with the region, but with a delicacy, refinement and complexity to the fruit that elevates this far above many others. A touch of Garnacha and Albillo Mayor in the blend (the latter being a white variety) just add to that uniqueness, intrigue and balance.

A winemaking partnership with incredible pedigree, including stints at Petrus and Cobos. Now, the focus is on the unique soils they have within this estate, and how best to express that in wines with purity.
"This wine represents a collection of sites located in Sotillo de la Ribera, at altitudes between 855 and 870 metres. They are franc-clayey soils, with limestone bottoms, very loose soils, and oriented to the south, which allows a perfect maturation. Here Tinto Fino expresses itself with elegance, very primary, with a fine and delicate tannin. With this wine we want to transmit, with all its authenticity, the flavour of these places of Sotillo de la Ribera." - Jose Felix & Noelia Callejo, Winemakers.
