This is a very terroir-focused producer in the highly prized region of Ribera del Duero in Spain. Amongst their 50-odd hectares of vineyard of varying soil types is the clay-loam site where they grow their Tinto Fino for 'Flores'. This produces a primary, floral and fruit-forward expression of Ribera del Duero that has both depth and a drinkable freshness.
