Nestled between the Andes and the coastal range mountains of Chile is a hive of winemaking activity in the Valle Central. Here our winemaker, Jose Miguel Ovalle has worked his magic creating bold and fruity Carménère and Cabernet Sauvignon blends. With the bright sunshine and toasty temperatures, these red grapes feel at home within this valley. As a result, this wine is bursting with succulent notes of red and black fruits complemented by hints of spice and subtle tannins on the palate. This wine is a real treat! Best enjoyed alongside a rich steak with peppercorn sauce or a roasted vegetable risotto.

Jose Miguel Ovalle
After studying Oenology, Jose Miguel created his first vintage in 2000. He then spent the next few years between his homeland of Chile and Spain, gaining further experience. However in the last decade he has remained on Chilean soil due to his passion for the land and his love of the wines it creates.
