This is a lavish and magical partnership between two macho grapes - Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon. This fusion is often seen in Australia, and it is lovely to see Nadia create her own seamless blend from grapes grown in the Coastal Region of the Cape. The richness of this wine pairs particularly well with roasted red meats or grilled mushrooms, so try it with portobello mushrooms with melted blue cheese, steak - or get the best of both worlds with a beef wellington.
