This Pommard is the very essence of good Burgundy: it is light and delicate, but presents an extraordinary intensity and concentration. This is quite a feat! Marc Olivier Buffet is a master of small batch vinification and produces a seemingly endless range of cuvées from each small plot of land that he possesses. This wine has a lifted nose of cherry, wild strawberries and herbal tea with fine fruit and a touch of black pepper. It's a masterclass in finesse and power in the same cup.

In 2005, after seven generations of his family, Marc-Olivier Buffet became the main player at Domaine François Buffet (named after Marc-Olivier's grandfather).
