Château Lauzanet sits proudly on the river bank of the Garonne south-east of Bordeaux. Their vineyards are ideally situated on clay, sand and limestone soils allowing for the quality production of all of the classic Bordeaux grape varieties. This wine is a blend of the region's top three - Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc - giving the wine a completeness in structure and flavour. Pair it up with 'big' food, like barbecues and stews.

Patrick Forcato
Third generation Forcato, Patrick has now put his own stamp on his family's winemaking history by taking on Château Lauzanet, a 15 hectare property blessed with a variety of soils, proximity to the river and south-facing vineyards.
